This is such an easy project it can be a children summer activity.
You will need:
Once we have cut the cloth the size we want you can make a turn-up on the edges or leave them frayed.
Then we can stencil the flamingoes on the fabric as many times as we want.
You have to iron the fabric before hand to avoid the flamingoes to get deformed if the paint is applied on wrinkled surface.
You should apply temporal adhesive spray on the stencil to keep it stuck on the fabric.
Once it's finished we must let it dry for 24hs and meanwhile we can make the tassels.
Don't forget that in order to make the paint washing machine-proof you have to apply heat with an iron. Don't put the iron in contact with the paint, in stead use an oven paper in between.
You can use this technique to make curtains, tablecloths, etc.
