Card with three-dimensional effect using a stencil by layers, another different way of using our todostencil templates.
Among the novelties of June we can find the stencil waves, perfect for creating three-dimensional effects, cutting and sticking layers at different heights. That is what I have done on the card.
First I inked the stencil with a sponge with various inks distress in blue tones, making a gradient from darker to lighter. Then cut several layers of waves and I have glued them one over the other with glue and foam to give different volumes.
Then I colored the duck and fish stamps, I have cut them and glued them hidden among the waves, as if they were swimming.
As a funny detail I have added a "shaker" in the sun, this is little acetate bag with sequins and little balls that move by shaking. So I cut a circle in the Sun, which it is a die, and pasted with foam the entire panel to the card bas , to give space to the balls, so that they move when shaken.
Finally a little yellow ink out of the sun to the waves, that I blurred using a sponge and the phrase printed with black ink, that ends this as summer card. You will lust for swimming with these friends?!
Until next time
